In response to an incident, we have added an option for customers to "report an incident," so that if something ever happens we'll be able to start collecting a pattern sooner. (Side note: we don't take these reports lightly, but we definitely *do not* jump the gun in assuming fraudulent activity. We know that 99.999999% of the time it's just an honest shipping mistake or family emergency. We *are* able to tell if an account is fraudulent and we can assure you that we aren't taking any action unless the account is confirmed fraudulent.) Sonlet is only able to block the use of Sonlet from fraudulent action.
