Login to your Sonlet account.  Navigate to your purchase history page.  Click "Request return" next to the item that you purchased.  Select the reason for the return and upload pictures (if required) with hand written labels so we can verify the items match your order (we recommend just using a marker or pen on a blank piece of paper to write the order number and then snap a picture of the item and paper with your cell phone to upload to Sonlet.com.  Verified mishipments (shipment of the wrong item) or items with manufacturing defects are eligible for a full refund or exchange credit as long as they are requested within 30 days.  Eligibility for returns on other items are subject to the Sonlet Sellers' individual return policy.
