With the Facebook update that occurred at the beginning of August, Facebook has disabled photo deletion from all 3rd Party apps, including Sonlet. We, along with others, are continually working with them to reinstate this ability. . Please vote on the bug report to help get some more attention on this issue. https://developers.facebook.com/suppo…/bugs/281309702603971/

To remove your items from Facebook, you need to go into Manual Listings, select the items you would like removed, scroll to the bottom of the page and select either

A) "Delete Selected Photos from Facebook". (This will allow you to choose which party you would like your items removed from WITHOUT removing them from other sales. They will remain in your listings.)

B) "Cancel Selected" (This will remove your photos from all of your parties and will move them from My Listings into your Inventory.)

Items that were sold are no longer on your Listings page, they are on your Sales page. So when you tell Sonlet to remove your items from Listings, those items are not being pulled down.

You need to go into your Sales page and "Delete Selected Photos from Facebook" to get them to come down as well. We considered having them automatically pulled once they were claimed, but we took a poll and the majority of users wanted them left up to create excitement and to show customers what they were missing.
