Update January 2019: Unlimited Shipping is included with all paid subscriptions on Sonlet and there is no need to cancel a Shipping plan.  Your shipping plan should have automatically been converted or removed.  If you are still being billed for shipping on Sonlet, please send an email to support@sonlet.com or create a ticket at support.sonlet.com. 

If you need a refund of your Sonlet bucks, please email us at support@sonlet.com and our billing department will be able to refund Sonlet bucks purchased within the last 6 months back to the card or bank account used to purchase the Sonlet Bucks.
