Customers have an option to "Report an Incident," so that if there is an issue, we will be able to start collecting a pattern sooner. We do not take these reports lightly. However, we *do not* jump to conclusions in assuming fraudulent activity. We know that 99.999999% of the time it's just an honest mistake or miscommunication. We are able to tell if an account is fraudulent and we do not take any action unless an account is confirmed fraudulent. Sonlet is only able to block the use of Sonlet from fraudulent action. We want all customers to feel safe shopping through the Sonlet platform.
