There are many reasons you may want to enter a sold item into the system that was not sold online in a Party, or through a Sonlet claim link. You can enter these items into your Sales by marking them as Sold Outside of Sonlet.
To do this from your Inventory page, find the item you would like to mark. Click the More button, then click Sold Outside of Sonlet.
From your Manual Listings page, find the item you would like to mark. Click the arrows icon under the tools header.
You will be taken to a page where you can either select a Recent Order to add the item to, select a Previous Customer, or enter new Customer Information. With new customer information, only the Name field is required.
Be sure to click Submit to complete the sale. You will then be able to view the item on your Pending Sales page.
