Select any item or multiple items (or all of your items) from the Listings page, scroll to the actions bar at the bottom, and click Edit Selected. Click the Claim Questions button at the bottom of the page, and add or edit claim questions.
A few quick notes:
- If you're new to claim questions, when a customer claims an item, claim questions allow you collect extra information from the customer, like a promo code, or present an opportunity to upsell, like a BOGO.
- Add claim questions from the manage claim questions page before adding or removing claim questions from an item(s) on the inventory or listings page.
- Bulk editing claim questions will remove any claim questions currently on the items and replace them with the edits that you make.
