A customer does not need an account to claim items through Sonlet. They may shop as a guest. However, if they would like to keep a history of their orders, have the system track which sale and consultant they claimed from, or have their claim forms auto-fill with their information, a Sonlet account is necessary. If they do have an account, remember the customer must be signed into their account before they claim for the system to track their claims.
