You might see this issue if you didn't grant all necessary permissions to Sonlet when you first authorized the app.  There is also a known issue where creating a new consultant account using the Facebook login feature results in your account having invalid permissions assigned to it.

To get this fixed, you most likely just need to do a Logout/Login Refresh, which takes about 30 seconds.  If that doesn't work you can do the Nuclear Option, which only takes about 3 minutes.
