You may get an error message that your Facebook profile is already connected to another account. Sometimes old accounts (Customer and Consultant) are forgotten, and they may have the Facebook profile still connected. This can cause a problem if you would like to connect your Facebook profile through Social Account Connection to a new account.
When you have your Facebook account attached to one Sonlet account, you will not be able to add it to another Sonlet account until you disconnect it.
You can check your Social Account Connections by following these steps:
1) Click on your username in the top right corner. Click Settings.
2) On the bottom of your General Settings, click on Social Account Connections.
3) This is what it will look like if you do not have any other accounts connected.
4) This is what you will see if you have an account connected.
If you see the wrong account, click on the bubble by the Facebook page and then click on Remove.
If you have your account attached to a different Sonlet account, you will need to log into that account, and disconnect the Social Account Connections on that account, then log back into your new account and connect them.
If your Facebook profile is attached to an Inactive account, please contact us at support@sonlet.com with the username of the old account (if you have it), or the email address that may be connected to the old account. We can give you access to the Inactive account long enough for you to remove your Social Account Connection.
