You can opt to receive when a customer has claimed an item, or clicked Done Shopping. You can opt to receive these notifications in your account Settings.
Select the Notifications page on the left of the screen.
Find the Texts section.Click the check box(es) of the type of notification(s) you would like to receive. Remember, you will only receive an allotted amount of text messages per billing cycle. Here, you can also keep track of how many text messages you have received of your allotted amount. You can increase the number of allotted text notifications by upgrading your Plan.
